Kindred Capital LLP is a UK-established manager and is not subject to the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU 2019/2088) (“SFDR”). As such, we do not consider the principal adverse impacts of our investment decisions on sustainability factors as provided for under the SFDR, nor do we market funds under SFDR Article 8 or 9. All fund communications comply with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Anti-Greenwashing Rule.
